Athletics day

At school, we had athletics day.We had races, family races, and high jump.At the middle block, we had activities like gumboot throw water events and many more.At lunchtime, we had a water fight it started with a teacher because he poured water on us.

What ever you do don''t quit !!!

For my class assembly, some of us shared our poems.Here is my poem.

Whatever you do don’t quit.

 When things go wrong as they sometimes will when the roads you’re trudging seems all uphill when the funds are low and the debts are high and you want to smile but you have sigh.
When care is pressing you down quite a bit rest if you must but don’t quilt.
 Success just failure turned inside out the silver tint of clouds of doubt and you never can tell how close you are it may be near when it seems so far so stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit it’s when things seem worst that you must not quit.

For writing, I had to describe a picture and what he is doing.Here is my writing hope you enjoy 

I look up at the sky and it looks like it turns black.I think for a moment to see what I could do.I had an idea. I flew up to the sky to see why the sky is turning black like a dark knight It was a rocket ship that crashed on earth.when I looked down from the huge sky I could not see properly but I could see people zooming everywhere. While I was rushing back down I could taste lava smoke like the sun in my mouth.

Filmfest2017

In Term 3, we got the chance to make our very own films.

The theme for this year’s films, “confident, connected, actively involved lifelong learners”. Our teacher, Mrs Faalili put us into groups. My group was Excellence eggs. We learnt about storyboarding, different types of shots and angles as well as how to hold the ipad correctly.

Our film is a drama and it is about an orphan who wants to go to school and make new friends.
